Interview Cracker is the brainchild of a few crazy IITians, who want to contribute their bit in bringing change to the world. Created during the Covid Pandemic, we aim to take the students from campuses to corporates. When the Pandemic hit the world we chose to train our youth from home with the new motto to make India #AatmaNirbharBharat .
We are focused on training and upskilling the youth especially focusing on sales and marketing and helping them gain the skills required to make them job-ready. We are helping students and startups all over India to find their perfect matches. We assess them on different parameters and then train them accordingly so that they become sales-ready from day 1.
We have successfully trained and placed 100 plus freshers in more than 20 startups and MSME’s all over India in just 4 months.
The Context

CEO and Co-founder at Interview cracker, from a small town of Bihar and alumni of IIT Kanpur, Anupma Singh has more than 11 years of experience in IT and management. Being a mother and also a businesswoman Anupma has come a long way now, determined to help the freshers and startups build a better future for themselves. She believes that there is potential in everyone and you only need to sharpen them. This is why Interview Cracker was created as a tool to make our youth smarter, sharper, and job-ready at the same time help startups to accelerate their growth with these young minds.
