Program Overview

In today’s world, facts and figures alone no longer inspire action. Leaders are expected not only to present data but also to craft narratives that move people. At the same time, the way you show up in the room (or on screen)—your confidence, clarity, and presence—determines how far your message travels.

This unique program blends two high-impact leadership capabilities:

  • Business Storytelling: the art of weaving numbers, insights, and strategies into stories that persuade.
  • Executive Presence: the ability to project confidence, gravitas, and influence in any professional interaction.

Why now? Because leaders today must lead conversations in hybrid workplaces, influence across boundaries, and inspire teams in uncertain times. Storytelling and presence are no longer “nice-to-have” skills; they are the currency of leadership impact.

This program is not about “telling nice stories” or “looking confident.” It is about learning to influence the business agenda, win stakeholder trust, and inspire teams by mastering two leadership superpowers: storytelling and presence.

Here are a couple of interesting articles from the Harvard Business Review on Executive Presence and Business Storytelling, highlighting its importance for leaders.
